Dear Friends and Family:

Many youth in our community and abroad go without proper food, shelter, and quality education. While many in our communities are vulnerable to hard times, children are the most at risk. Following the success of my last outreach with the students of South Africa, I have decided to make a second effort to share my knowledge and abilities in education.

For the next three months, I will be once again living in Cape Town, South Africa teaching at a local inner city school, where gang violence and drugs are all too real. My focus will be to give these students positive and alternative outlets in the world they live.

Only with your generous support will I be able to help many of these students not only to meet essential daily educational needs but also work towards a brighter future by providing programs in job training, education, and counseling.
